We will collect you from your hotel/riad in Marrakech and start heading to the Atlas Mountains through the Tizi n‘Tichka pass, It is a spectacular road with astonishing views of the snow-topped peaks of the Atlas. Upon our descent, we will arrive at Ait Ben Haddou: a cultural world heritage site in Morocco since 1987; the Ksour (Berber villages) of Ait Benhaddou was once an important stop along the caravan routes which carried salt from the Sahara, and on return, gold and ivory. It is the best-preserved and well-fortified Kasbah. Several films have been shot there including; The Mummy, Alexander, Kingdom of Heaven, and Prince of Persia. Afterward, we will continue our desert journey to the city of Ouarzazate, and visit Taourirte Kasbah and the Atlas film studios. and head along the Road of Thousand Kasbahs passing the Skoura Oasis and Rose Valley to Dades Gorge, where we spend the night in a local hotel.

We will enjoy the views of the Dades Valley and the Dades Gorge cut out from the valley into the High Atlas. And we will head towards the Gorge of Todra. This whole area is spotted by ruined Kasbahs, green oasis, and typical villages, which creates a paradise for any photographer. The Todra Gorge is a classic gorge with narrow high rock walls that rises 300 meters high. After taking a break to stretch our legs in the gorge we will have lunch in a local restaurant and continue our journey to the desert of Morocco, through the sunny sand dunes of Erg Chebbi near Merzouga, where you will take a camel ride (about 1 hour) in order to arrive at the Bivouac in time to see the sun setting over the dunes. Have Dinner and music around the campfire, and spend the night in a tent.

After admiring a beautiful sunrise on the dunes, you will return to Merzouga with dromedaries (or jeep), and meet your driver/guide to start your last day journey full of adventures, history, and culture. Drive towards Fes, the first Moroccan imperial city, enjoying the change of sceneries before reaching a luxuriant palm grove that hides the patches of cultivated land near the Ziz River, while at the horizon there are impressive dunes that are tinged with orange when the sun goes down. Then we continue towards the southeast along the way we will appreciate enchanting landscapes and various landscapes. Along a mountain road, we reach Azrou, where we will stop to meet the wild Barbary monkeys, before heading to Ifrane, a delightful place characterized by an Afro-alpine climate; after a break at Ifran, we will continue to reach Fes, where our Marrakech to Fes 4 Days Desert Tour end.
